In its pursuit of expanding the opportunities available to its clients and enriching its international portfolio of high-end properties, the President of BARNES Bulgaria, Nikola Stoyanov, visited Istanbul – one of the world's most influential and cosmopolitan cities, where centuries of history, a dynamic economy, and remarkable investment prospects converge.

The visit was organized jointly with the BARNES Türkiye team and was marked by professionalism, hospitality, and a shared vision for the development of the luxury real estate market. Hosts of the visit were Ilona Letunovskaya, Managing Partner of BARNES Türkiye, and Samira Ghoshouni, Sales Director of BARNES Türkiye, who provided valuable insights into the opportunities the Turkish market offers to international buyers and investors.

The visit began at the BARNES Istanbul office, located in the prestigious Levent business district – one of the most sought-after and rapidly developing areas of the city. There, the BARNES Türkiye team presented up-to-date information on the real estate market, the country's investment climate, and Istanbul's most desirable residential neighbourhoods, each distinguished by its own unique atmosphere and investment potential.

During the meeting, the first edition of BARNES Magazine in Turkish was also presented – another step in the brand's development on the local market and a testament to the growing presence of BARNES in the region.

The next stop on the programme was Tersane Istanbul – one of the most ambitious and large-scale projects in the city's modern history. Located on the shores of the Golden Horn, the development follows the "city within a city" concept, bringing together luxury residences, private villas, world-class hotels, retail spaces, restaurants, and areas dedicated to work and leisure.

Tersane Istanbul impresses not only with its scale but also with the attention devoted to every detail. The spaces have been designed to create a sense of harmony between the urban environment, nature, and the sea, while the panoramic waterfront views make the development one of the most desirable new destinations for living and investment in Istanbul.

A tour through the already operational sections of the development revealed an atmosphere that combines the area's historical heritage with contemporary luxury and impeccable execution. Particularly memorable was the boat tour around the complex, which offered an opportunity to experience the project from a different perspective and appreciate its strategic location.

As part of the visit, Taşyapı Şişli was also explored – a large-scale mixed-use development located in one of Istanbul's most sought-after urban districts. The complex comprises four towers offering a variety of residential layouts, from one-bedroom apartments to spacious four-bedroom residences, alongside a hotel component, retail spaces, co-working areas, conference facilities, and leisure zones.

In addition to its strategic location, the project stands out with its impressive engineering solutions and high construction standards. During the visit, both the future vision of the development and the technological processes behind its construction were presented, including the sustainability and security systems developed in accordance with the highest international standards.

Detailed presentations of both developments were delivered at their respective sales centres, providing valuable information about the concept, progress, and investment potential of each project. The intensive day concluded with dinner at Parle restaurant, located within the prestigious Zorlu Center complex. In an elegant atmosphere inspired by French brasseries, the guests enjoyed refined cuisine, carefully selected wines, and impeccable service – a fitting conclusion to a day dedicated to the high standards that BARNES upholds around the world.
