Nevena Stoyanova, Managing Director of Barnes Bulgaria, took part and commented on the rental real estate market in the National Annual Conference Inspire to Higher, which was held for the first time ONLINE by the National Real Estate Association /NREA/.

These issues were the focus of the seventh consecutive edition of the National Conference Inspire to higher entitled "THE NEW TRANSIT AGE OF REAL ESTATE", which was held online for the first time on the occasion of the Feast of Realtors and Agents. Traditionally, the event is organized every year, but for the first time October 30 this year, it received official status on a professional holiday. 

A novelty that distinguished this year's conference was that the online format allowed it to be open not only to the college but also to property owners, potential buyers, investors, credit intermediaries, students and all citizens who are interested in news and market trends. The event was broadcast online on the Facebook page of NSNI and the YouTube channel. The data show that 5,545 spectators watched the conference. Two of the media partners also broadcast online from their Facebook pages.
