The distance to the center of Borovets (lower station of the Gondola lift) is 2.5 km and can be reached by car in less than 5 minutes on the main asphalt road, which is maintained and cleared of snow throughout the winter. The distance to the capital Sofia is 60 km and to Plovdiv 120 km. The closest airport is in Sofia and 69 km away. The complex is located in a century-old pine forest and consists of several apartment buildings, villas, hotel and sports and recreation area, Spa center with a large selection of procedures, indoor pool.

The villa was built in 2014. The materials are of high class and the finishing works are at the highest level. The interior design, finishing and furnishing are designed by a famous architect from Israel who has prepared a special interior design. The furniture is of the highest class, imported from Italy and the Netherlands, only from natural materials, in combination with wood and leather. The style is modern mountain, fully comparable to the best mountain houses type "chalet" in the alpine resorts of Western Europe. White and black appliances are also high class. The villa has absolutely everything to be called a real home in which you can live permanently.
The property is equipped with a fully functional kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine. The overall interior finish of the villa in combination with carefully selected furniture, accessories and elements of the interior make the property not only modern but also extremely cozy.

The property has on its ground floor a huge living room, with an open kitchen in American style, dining area, exit to the backyard of the house. One toilet is located on the first level. On the second level there are 2 bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom and toilet. Each of the bedrooms also has its own balcony with views of the forest and the interior of the complex.

The house is heated by gas heating, with an individual boiler. It is equipped with cable TV and internet. The sports and recreational extras in the complex, as well as the pool and the spa can be used for a symbolic annual fee.

There is a parking space next to the property, which is used only by the owner or his guests.

The property can be rented on a monthly basis at prices, depending on the season:

• 3330 EUR / month during the months from December to March inclusive
