The concept of dynamics in the urban environment is sought in terms of volume, space, and facade. The project is a composition of 9-, 8-, 6-, and 4-story volumes in a common stepped structure, descending eastward toward the future Lozenez Park. Additional accents in the composition are the volumes of the penthouses as peculiar boxes filled with FUNDERMAX walnut HPL panels, which house luxury apartments with a higher ceiling height (3.30 m).
The sought-after play in the plasticity of protruding and recessed glass volumes in the overall façade is combined with a motif of vertical green walls, aesthetically concealing air conditioning units.
